We are seeking a skilled Lead Caster to manage our casting department in London. The ideal candidate will lead a team of casters, ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and team performance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Engineering or Manufacturing degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in casting operations, specifically in a supervisory role.
