Job Description

The Health Policy Coordinator will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating health policies aimed at improving the health outcomes of our community. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on public health policy development and implementation.
  • Engage stakeholders in the co-design of health programs.
  • Analyse data to identify health disparities and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare policy briefs and recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with researchers to integrate findings into public health strategies.
  • Support fundraising and grant applications to secure funding for health initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences regarding health policy matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is highly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health policy development
