Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Assist in network setup and configuration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects to improve system efficiencies.
• Monitor systems for security breaches or failures.
• Support remote staff with IT queries and hardware setups.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Graduate-level certifications in IT are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related positions
