Responsibilities
Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
Assist in network setup and configuration.
Maintain and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Develop and maintain IT documentation.
Participate in IT projects to improve system efficiencies.
Monitor systems for security breaches or failures.
Support remote staff with IT queries and hardware setups.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Graduate-level certifications in IT are a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in IT support or related positions
