Job Description
The Property Claims Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling property claims promptly and efficiently. This involves conducting site visits, analysing damage, and negotiating settlements with policyholders.
Responsibilities
Complete in-depth investigations into property damages and relevant circumstances.
Determine liability and compensation amounts based on findings.
Engage in negotiations with policyholders and third parties to reach fair settlements.
Manage all aspects of the claims process from initiation through resolution.
Document and update claims management systems accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed throughout their claim.
Assist in training new adjusters on best practices and company procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a claims adjusting role
