We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee our store's daily operations in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and drive sales performance. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate the team and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of retail staff to maximise performance.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Evaluate competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure staff adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in a retail environment at a managerial level
