We are seeking experienced Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, cutting, trimming, and portioning fish according to customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare fish for processing
• Cut, trim, and fillet fish according to customer orders
• Weigh and portion fish accurately
• Ensure that all products are labelled correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently to meet production targets
• Communicate with other team members and supervisors
• Assist with other tasks in the processing plant as needed

Advantageous

• Experience using fish processing equipment: Familiarity with machinery used for fish processing.
• Good time management skills: Ability to efficiently manage workload and meet deadlines.
