Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our company's applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, coordinating application projects, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the application development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and facilitate communication throughout projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Implement best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
  • Oversee application testing and quality assurance processes to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for application success.
  • Create a positive team environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for continuous learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application management and development
