Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining and exploratory data analysis to discover trends.
• Collaborate with geneticists and software engineers to develop bioinformatics pipelines.
• Utilise programming languages to automate bioinformatics tasks.
• Assist in interpreting experimental results and troubleshoot biological hypotheses.
• Provide support in grant writing and project proposals based on data analyses.
• Mentor junior team members in bioinformatics techniques.

Requirements

Education

• BSc or MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
• PhD preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in bioinformatics.
