Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our finance team by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budget preparations.

Responsibilities

• Developing financial analysis reports for internal stakeholders.
• Tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Supporting the finance team in strategic initiatives.
• Participating in the preparation of annual reports and presentations.
• Conducting risk assessments and suggesting mitigation strategies.
• Building relationships with external financial institutions.
• Providing training and support to junior finance staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial roles involving data analysis

• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• CIMA or equivalent
• Chartered Financial Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ERP systems: Experience with financial ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with financial auditing: Background in auditing processes or practices.
