Job Description

We are looking for an Addresser to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely addressing of all mailings. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with players during games.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding game rules and payouts.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on gaming regulations.
  • Handle potential disputes among players with professionalism.
  • Assist in promoting special events or tournaments within the casino.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with multiple casino games is advantageous

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a casino environment
