Job Description

As a Technical Writer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining technical documents that support our software products. Your expertise will be essential in making complex information accessible and engaging for users.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides.
  • Work with engineering teams to understand product functionalities and features.
  • Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and update product release notes and troubleshooting guides.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from users to improve documentation.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets company quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
