Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our Leicester team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering top-notch service and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute inspections and diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions.
• Repair and replace damaged parts ensuring quality control.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding their service needs.
• Support the workshop manager in streamlining operations.
• Implement environmental and sustainability practices in vehicle repair.
• Stay acquainted with new vehicle technologies and updates.
• Assist in managing the workflow and scheduling in the workshop.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational efficiency.
• Follow manufacturer service guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients through excellent service.

Requirements

Education

• City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent
• Higher-level qualification in Automotive Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of workshop experience preferred
