• Review and enhance existing models for predictive analytics.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to data analytics.
• Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics processes.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
