Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to create high-quality starch products. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust mixing and blending machinery for different production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and incidents.
• Assist in training new operators and team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
