Teaching Consultant

Job Description

As a Teaching Consultant, you will work directly with schools to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes. We are seeking passionate educators with a proven track record in enhancing educational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations with school leadership teams to define educational goals.
• Facilitate discussions to uncover challenges and brainstorming solutions.
• Support the integration of technology in teaching practices.
• Develop training materials and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure sustainability of practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing funding applications for educational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of consulting experience in education

Certifications

• Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)

Languages

• English: Fluent
