Envelope Adjuster

Job Description

As an Envelope Adjuster at our manufacturing facility, you will set up and operate envelope manufacturing machines. Your keen attention to detail will ensure the production of high-quality envelopes tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines prior to production runs to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of finished envelopes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Track production efficiency metrics and report discrepancies.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices to enhance workflow.
• Maintain clear records of machine adjustments and production changes.
• Engage with team leads to analyse production trends and propose solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels for materials needed in production.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance to management for upgrades.
• Adhere to environmental policies related to waste and recycling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in machine operation is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
