Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our Manchester team. In this role, you will oversee the administrative functions of our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. Your expertise will support healthcare providers and enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams.
  • Track and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient information is upheld.
  • Implement new healthcare regulations and training.
  • Assist in performance evaluations for administrative staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
