Job Description

As a Corrugator Operator Helper, you will support the Corrugator Operator in ensuring the smooth operation of the corrugating machine. You will play a vital role in the production of high-quality corrugated sheets, adhering to safety guidelines and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corrugator Operator in the operational duties of the corrugating machine.
• Perform regular quality checks on produced materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials using appropriate equipment.
• Document production data and report inconsistencies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs on machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all safety practices and health regulations.
• Assist in training new staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in machine operations is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in corrugator machine operations is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic computer skills
