Job Description

We are seeking a talented Usability Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analysing user data, and providing recommendations to enhance the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute user research plans to gather insights into user behaviour.
• Design and implement usability testing protocols to assess product experiences.
• Work alongside designers and developers to translate user needs into design solutions.
• Report findings from tests and research sessions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Maintain documentation of all user research reports and design iterations.
• Facilitate workshops with team members to promote user-centered thinking.

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B testing: Proficient in running A/B tests to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Familiarity with design thinking practices: Experience applying design thinking methodologies to problem-solving.
