Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent communication disorders in clients of all ages. This role involves working with individuals who have speech, language, voice, fluency, or cognitive-communication difficulties. You will provide individualized therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead therapy sessions that engage clients and promote skill development.
  • Integrate technology and resources into therapeutic practices.
  • Provide training and support to family members on supporting their loved ones.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development opportunities.
  • Communicate findings and treatment plans effectively to clients and families.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Additional certifications in therapeutic areas are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with a diverse client base
