Wave Solder Offbearer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wave Solder Offbearer to join our manufacturing team. The Offbearer will be responsible for assisting in the wave soldering process, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload printed circuit boards (PCBs) from the wave solder machine after the soldering process.
• Inspect PCBs for any defects or irregularities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of PCBs to prevent damage or contamination.
• Collaborate with wave solder operators to maintain smooth workflow and efficient production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Report any malfunctions or issues with the wave solder machine to the relevant personnel.
• Assist in other manufacturing tasks as required by the team or supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required
• Relevant certifications in soldering or electronics would be advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in wave soldering or a similar role is preferred.
