Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Energy Rater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the energy efficiency of commercial properties and providing valuable recommendations for improvement. This role involves conducting detailed energy audits, analyzing consumption data, and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed energy audits to assess current efficiency levels.
• Identify and prioritize energy-saving opportunities in client properties.
• Work with project teams to develop and implement energy efficiency strategies.
• Deliver presentations to clients on findings and recommendations.
• Utilize energy modeling software to support assessments.
• Keep up to date with changes in energy regulations and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or similar
• Postgraduate qualifications in energy management preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in energy consulting or related roles

Technical Skills

• Energy rating systems knowledge
• Data visualization tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Professional Energy Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent
