Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paperhanging Interior Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying wallpaper and other wall coverings to enhance the aesthetics of interior spaces. They should have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess and measure areas for wallpaper application.
• Prepare surfaces adequately for wallpapering, including cleaning and smoothing.
• Select appropriate wallpapers and adhesives based on client needs.
• Utilize various tools and equipment effectively for installation.
• Document project progress and client feedback.
• Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss design ideas.
• Keep up with industry innovations and product offerings that enhance design solutions.
• Assist in the design process by providing input on wallpaper selection based on aesthetic trends.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in interior decoration or wallpaper hanging is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of wallpaper types
• Proficient in using wallpaper hanging tools

• Time management
• Client relations

Languages

• English: Fluent
