As an Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating nursing students in clinical settings. You will assist in developing and implementing learning experiences and provide guidance and evaluation for students during their rotations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide theoretical and practical instruction in clinical settings.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and educational materials.
  • Supervise and evaluate students' clinical performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between students, clinical staff, and faculty.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of student attendance and evaluations.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Offer guidance and support to enhance students' learning experiences.
  • Adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UK
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred
  • Clinical Nursing Knowledge Strong clinical nursing knowledge and expertise.
  • Teaching Skills Experience in delivering educational content effectively.
  • Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Teaching Certification
  • Advanced Clinical Practice Certification
  • English (Fluent)

  • Research experience in nursing education: Experience in conducting educational research.
  • Publication record in nursing journals: Previous publications in relevant academic journals.
