Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for skill enhancement.
  • Mentor staff on career development and succession planning.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programmes and report outcomes.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages open dialogue.
  • Utilise learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress.
  • Promote a culture of learning through regular communication and initiatives.
  • Organise team-building activities that reinforce corporate values and teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Master's degree in Education, Training or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training roles
