Job Description

As a Compression Operator, your core responsibility will involve the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of compressed products, ensuring that production machines run effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust machinery settings to ensure consistent output.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
  • Support the identification and resolution of machine issues.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in operational procedures.
  • Utilise lean manufacturing methods to boost efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to meetings discussing production improvements.
  • Uphold safety protocols and attend training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
