Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic support team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and a knack for problem-solving. Your role will involve assisting users with technical issues, providing quality support, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical queries.
  • Ensure that all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop user documentation and guides to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers for technical solutions.
  • Assist in the monitoring of IT inventory and order supplies when necessary.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with users to ensure satisfaction with support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
