We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our exciting projects in Reading. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Create project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to project-related challenges.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.
• Review and approve project deliverables prior to client presentation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
