Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our exciting projects in Reading. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external contacts.
  • Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to project-related challenges.
  • Mentor and support junior project team members.
  • Review and approve project deliverables prior to client presentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
