Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of nursing services, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Evaluate nurse performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the nursing team adheres to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills of nursing staff.
  • Manage patient care resources efficiently to maintain optimal service delivery.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the nursing team.
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management to address concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in a nursing leadership role is essential.
