Job Description

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assemblers to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly and installation of aircraft structure and systems.
• Ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Inspect rigging and surface conditions before and after performances.
• Conduct repairs on defective components following safety guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting system failures and delays.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior assemblers and apprentices.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance productivity.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for aircraft assembly processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss safety and procedural updates.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced certification in Aircraft Maintenance and Repair is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in hydraulic and plumbing systems maintenance

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems knowledge
• Plumbing systems expertise

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Time management skills

Certifications

• Completion of an advanced aircraft systems training course

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding and soldering techniques: Knowledge of welding and soldering for aircraft component repairs.
• Proficiency with software diagnostic tools: Experience using software tools for system diagnostics in aviation.
