Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Liverpool team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and engaging documentation that effectively communicates product features and functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of technical concepts and be proficient in transforming complex ideas into user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and publish user support materials and technical documentation.
• Participate in project meetings to remain informed about product changes.
• Maintain a documentation schedule to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Create and maintain visuals such as diagrams and screenshots to enhance understanding.
• Assist in the onboarding of new team members by providing training on documentation standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Technical Writing, Communication)
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or content development

Certifications

• Technical Writing Certification from the Society for Technical Communication (STC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
