We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring our business decisions are backed by solid financial data.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy.
• Work with the finance team to improve financial reporting systems.
• Provide support during audits and assist with compliance obligations.
• Develop KPIs to measure financial performance effectively.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks and investors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
