Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Operator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to drug manufacturing and packaging processes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate pharmaceutical production equipment and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on the production line.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and assist in quality assurance.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product and process knowledge.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
  • Assist in the training of new staff members on operational practices.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Advantageous

  • Experience with aseptic processing techniques: Knowledge of practices to maintain sterility in the production of pharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with FDA and MHRA regulations: Understanding of compliance requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles: Experience in optimising processes and reducing waste in manufacturing.
