Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Economics Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analysing healthcare data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making related to healthcare policies and economics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Maintain and enhance existing economic models.
• Prepare documentation and visual reports for stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their data needs.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for data collection methodologies.
• Present findings to senior management and recommend policy modifications.
• Evaluate healthcare policy changes and their economic implications.
• Work with IT to ensure data integrity and security.
• Support strategic health initiatives with timely economic analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts in data processing and analytical techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analysis or economics

Technical Skills

• Econometric modelling
• Programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)

Soft Skills

• Project management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting cost-effectiveness analyses: Proven experience in performing cost-benefit evaluations of healthcare programs.
