Job Description
We are on the lookout for a driven Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure projects, with a passion for sustainable design and innovative engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering projects from conception through to completion.
Perform technical analysis and modelling of infrastructure systems.
Review and approve designs and calculations performed by junior engineers.
Facilitate communication amongst project stakeholders.
Create detailed project schedules and track progress.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project success.
Advise on environmental impacts and sustainable practices.
Research innovative materials and construction methods.
Assist in health and safety assessments on project sites.
Deliver presentations to clients regarding project updates.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Membership in a relevant professional body is an advantage
Experience
5+ years working on large infrastructure projects
