Job Description

As a Healthcare Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing healthcare projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and a keen focus on improving patient outcomes. Your expertise will ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to outline key deliverables.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary.
  • Provide support in the development of project proposals and funding applications.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather input and feedback.
  • Compile and maintain project-related documentation for accountability.
  • Monitor adherence to project budgets and report any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate learning sessions post-project to assess outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Health or Business Administration
  • Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous
Experience
  • 3 years of experience managing projects or programmes in a healthcare context
