Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Template Maker to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing visually appealing templates for various digital marketing platforms including email campaigns and social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for template updates.
• Conduct regular audits of existing templates to assess their performance.
• Feedback gathering from clients and internal users to refine template usability.
• Work collaboratively with software engineers to integrate templates into existing platforms.
• Prepare monthly reports on template usage and performance analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing or graphic design are preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in creating templates for digital marketing.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML & CSS

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B testing designs: Ability to implement and evaluate A/B tests on templates for better performance.
