Job Description

As a Door to Door Selling Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our state-of-the-art home security systems directly to homeowners. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up lathe machines for production runs according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure conformity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Update and maintain accurate production records.
• Work closely with quality control to meet product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2 years of experience operating woodworking machines

Technical Skills

• CNC Machining
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge and practice of lean principles to minimize waste.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of health and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.
