We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to enhance our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries.
  • Ensure user accounts and permissions are managed effectively.
  • Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches.

  • Participate in ongoing IT projects and provide input based on user experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
Experience
  • Experience in a technical support role is a significant advantage
