Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal-Refining Furnace Operator to join our dedicated team in Birmingham. You will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining furnace equipment to ensure high-quality metal production. The ideal candidate will have experience in a metal refining or processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvisation and acting workshops to enhance students' skills.
• Initiate collaborations with local theaters for student performances.
• Assess and create opportunities for students to showcase their talents.
• Develop partnerships with organizations to enrich the theater program.
• Promote a culture of respect and teamwork within the classroom.
• Guide students in scriptwriting, set design, and production techniques.
• Engage students in discussions about dramatic literature and its applications.
• Utilize technology effectively in teaching theater arts.
• Mentor students towards pursuing further education in performing arts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theater, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification

Experience

• Prior experience as a Theater Teacher or similar role is required.
