Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and execution of financial due diligence for potential investments.
• Engage with clients to discuss their financial needs and expectations.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze and report on competitor activities and market conditions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Participate in networking events to promote the firm and expand client base.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Economics is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in investment banking or corporate finance

• Corporate Finance

Certifications

• CFA or similar certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
