Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Communications Systems Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting audio visual equipment and systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure new AV systems and ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing AV installations.
  • Work with teams to determine specific AV requirements for various projects.
  • Document system setups and create user guides for training purposes.
  • Report issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assess and recommend improvements in AV technology and processes.
  • Participate in the development of AV project proposals.
  • Support the integration of AV equipment with IT infrastructure.
  • Assist with event setups that require AV technology.

Requirements

Education
  • HND or equivalent qualification in Audio Visual Technology, IT or a related field
  • Certification in AV system design and integration
Experience
  • Understanding of networking and IP configurations is an advantage
