Job Description

As the Lifestyle Director, you will develop and implement an innovative lifestyle program for a luxury residential community, ensuring residents enjoy a vibrant and engaged lifestyle. This role is critical to enhancing the quality of life and promoting a strong sense of community among residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative lifestyle services tailored to resident needs.
• Source partnerships with external service providers for fitness, wellness, and entertainment.
• Inspire and motivate the lifestyle team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote lifestyle events and services.
• Assess resident feedback and adapt programs accordingly.
• Organize community outreach programs to enhance engagement.
• Oversee event logistics and ensure high-quality execution.
• Utilize social media to promote lifestyle initiatives and events.

Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential communities is advantageous
