We are looking for a skilled Compliance Risk Analyst to join our team in Worcester. The perfect candidate will have proven experience in compliance auditing, risk assessment, and regulatory analysis, helping us in ensuring operational compliance and minimizing risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance monitoring activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop risk management strategies focusing on operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding of compliance obligations.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and reports for regulatory bodies.
• Support internal investigations regarding compliance breaches and develop corrective action plans.
• Utilise compliance management software for tracking compliance activities and reporting.
• Lead initiatives to increase the culture of compliance within the organisation.
• Provide technical compliance guidance to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
