You will work on diverse projects, collaborating with other professionals to generate innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing their needs within the scope of the project.
• Facilitate coordination between stakeholders, engineers, and contractors.
• Utilise software tools to create 3D models and visual representations of designs.
• Review and approve project documentation, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.
• Engage in site assessments and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Sustainable Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• PROJECT Management Professional (PMP)
• Accredited in Architectural Technology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Urban Planning: Knowledge of urban planning regulations and experience in public spaces design.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations: Knowledge of UK building regulations and how they impact design.
