Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Printed Circuit Board Panels Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and developing PCB panels using advanced technologies, ensuring optimal functionality and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize printed circuit boards for various applications and industries.
  • Utilize CAD software for creating and maintaining specifications.
  • Work with engineers to validate design and production requirements.
  • Implement testing protocols for PCB integrity and performance.
  • Document design processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure designs comply with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
  • Assist in training junior engineers on PCB design best practices.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for PCB design processes.
  • Participate in project meetings to communicate progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in PCB design and development preferred.
