Car Servicer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Servicer to join our automotive team. The Car Servicer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing to the highest standards.
• Identify the cause of vehicle malfunctions and report to the Service Manager.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are effective.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Manage inventory of parts effectively and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Use diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle issues accurately.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance
• Further qualifications in hybrid and electric vehicle servicing

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electric vehicles: Experience in servicing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles.
