We are seeking a talented Investment Banker to join our London office. This role focuses on advising clients on investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships to identify new investment opportunities.
• Lead negotiation processes for transactions and deals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyse financial data and market conditions to provide insights.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of client engagements.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Master's degree in Finance or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking with a strong track record

Certifications

• CFA Level II
