Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers in the execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will play a key role in coordinating project tasks, aiding in communication among team members, and assisting with resource allocation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans and timelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project tracking system.
  • Facilitate information sharing across project teams.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation.
  • Support project evaluation and reporting processes.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Track changes and maintain project schedules.
  • Attend project meetings and take minutes.
  • Provide support in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Certification in Project Management preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a project environment
