Job Description
As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing garments, ensuring high-quality production standards. Your skills will play a vital role in our manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret garment patterns and specifications.
Perform fittings and alterations as required.
Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing of garments.
Keep detailed records of production output and inventory.
Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback and improvement.
Support the training of new sewing staff.
Ensure proper fabric handling and care during production.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Formal training or certification in sewing or garment production is preferred
Experience
Prior experience in garment production or sewing roles is desirable.
