Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing garments, ensuring high-quality production standards. Your skills will play a vital role in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret garment patterns and specifications.
  • Perform fittings and alterations as required.
  • Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing of garments.
  • Keep detailed records of production output and inventory.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback and improvement.
  • Support the training of new sewing staff.
  • Ensure proper fabric handling and care during production.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training or certification in sewing or garment production is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in garment production or sewing roles is desirable.
